The primary concern of the company is to outline the terms governing the rights and obligations of e-oro.gr towards all of you who visit its websites. The aim is to inform you about your rights and obligations and to provide better service in searching for and acquiring the products you wish to purchase from its store.
PERSONAL DATA

e-oro.gr does not disclose, publish, sell, or exchange the personal data and information you trust us with. Exceptionally, your personal data may be disclosed by the company, always following the legal procedure, when required by a Public Authority, court, etc.
e-oro.gr reserves the right to inform its suppliers with sales statistics, which in no case will contain personal data that could lead to the identification of individuals. You can change or delete the personal data you have disclosed to us at any time and revoke your consent to our promotional activities.
User Data Deletion Instructions

PRICES OF SOLD PRODUCTS
The prices listed in the relevant catalogs next to each product include VAT (24%). These prices refer to the quantities available in our warehouse, while e-oro.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices. For certain areas of Greece where reduced VAT rates apply and if your order is invoiced, the product prices will be lower than those listed due to the reduced VAT.
Product Packaging
All products presented on e-oro.gr come with the packaging of the official distributors. The photos of the packaging are indicative, and the current packaging may differ. Many brands offer more than one packaging for their products.
PRODUCTS
Category Rings, Wedding Rings, Engraving Fonts on Our Products
If you wish for the above products/services to be sent to you by cash on delivery, at least 30% of the value must be paid as a deposit when placing the order, as they are produced exclusively at your request.
If purchases are made from the "Rings" or "Solitaire" product category, there is no right of return except for size changes if feasible and at the customer's expense.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Availability:
For all products listed in the e-oro.gr catalogs, there are clear indications of the availability in our warehouse. This way, you can easily determine before placing your order which products are available and ready for immediate delivery, which are not immediately available but are expected on a specific date from our suppliers, and which are unavailable but we are waiting for an update on their exact arrival date from our suppliers. However, you can send us your order even for products not available in our warehouses, and we will contact you via email or phone within a reasonable time to inform you of the expected receipt time from the supplier and its subsequent delivery to you. In this case, if the waiting time is unsatisfactory, you have the option to request the cancellation of the order for that product. In any other case, we will contact you by phone within less than 24 hours from placing your order.
In any case, it should be clear that the delivery time of your order depends on the availability of the products in our warehouses. Additionally, you have the option to choose whether you want to receive all the products in one shipment at the latest date once all items are available or to receive partial deliveries based on the availability and delivery time of each product.
- Force Majeure:
If, for reasons of force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions, strikes, theft, or loss of parcel, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the products within the specified time, we will inform you via email, so you can decide whether you want to proceed with the order under these conditions.
- e-oro.gr Liability:
e-oro.gr is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products provided to its customers. All products are received from suppliers packaged. However, in the event of a proven defective product, e-oro.gr will take responsibility for the repair at its own shipping cost. The warranties of all products are provided by the official representatives of the companies and concern the repair of the respective product within the specified period. All manufacturer warranties do not cover product replacement; however, in the case of a recent purchase, we will contact you to find the best solution.
e-oro.gr is not liable for organized attacks by hackers aiming to steal users' personal data. However, credit card users are safeguarded since the CVV code of the cards is not stored in the system.
- Advertising Messages:
e-oro.gr provides users the option to be informed about new products on the market and other offers, payment arrangements, etc., through advertising-informative messages to their email or postal address or by phone. e-oro.gr will not misuse this service. Users always have the option to stop receiving advertising messages.
- Cookies:
Like most sites on the internet, e-oro.gr uses cookies to access certain information each time you browse our store with a web browser. Without cookies, we would not be able to offer important services such as order status, personal settings, and storing items in your cart. Cookies are alphanumeric files that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your internet so that we can provide services like those mentioned above. The online store e-oro.gr also maintains 4 other stores with the names PAPPAS - E-ORO GP, VAT number 802160110 - DOY IG ATHINON - GEMI number 171171303000, Pappas Nikolaos with VAT number 124767640 - DOY GALATSIOU - GEMI number 65915903000. The stores are located in the Galatsi area (Oropou 78, Leof. Veikou 7), in Pylos Messinia (Three Admirals Square), and in the Smartpark shopping center (Spata).
Scope
The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") cover every sale of products from the online store located at the website www.e-oro.gr. Any other terms and conditions are explicitly excluded. Every user or visitor who enters and transacts with the online store (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "Visitor" or "User") is considered to consent to and unconditionally accept the terms stated here, without any exceptions. If any user does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from visiting, using this website, and engaging in any transactions with the online store. Each user uses this website solely at their own responsibility, and its content in no way should be construed as providing direct or indirect advice or encouragement to engage in any action.

Contracts through the online store are drawn up in the Greek language. Only natural persons aged 18 and over, who have legal capacity to enter into a sales contract, are eligible to make purchases through the online store. A prerequisite for placing an order from the online store is completing and submitting the relevant electronic order form with the necessary details for the conclusion of the sale and accepting the terms of the sales contract and terms of use.

The company commits to the truth, accuracy, and completeness of the information provided on the online store regarding the identity of the company and transactions conducted through the online store. In good faith, the company is not liable and is not bound by inadvertent or erroneous electronic data entries, and reserves the right to correct them whenever they become aware of them.
Limitation of Liability

In good faith, the company is not liable and is not bound by any errors or omissions in characteristics, photographs, and prices of products in common practice, nor can it exclude the possibility of incorrect entries for any reason during the introduction and/or update of product characteristics and/or prices. However, it undertakes to correct them whenever they become aware of them. The online store provides content (information, names, images, illustrations, etc.), products, and services through the website "as is". Pricing Policy
The Company reserves the right to freely shape the pricing policy of the online store, modify the listed prices, change or withdraw offers with or without prior notice to Users/Customers, who will be informed of the current price each time through its relevant posting on the website. The prices of products purchased from the Company's physical store may differ from the prices listed in the online store, and the Company assumes no responsibility for or covers differences in product prices that the Customer has subsequently discovered due to the existence of a lower price in the online store, compared to the physical store, or vice versa. All prices of products in the online store are in euros and include VAT. The final prices of each product do not include shipping costs, which are calculated later in the order text, based on the Customer's choice of delivery location. For additional charges, shipping, delivery, or postal charges, as well as any other expenses or fees, the Customer is informed before submitting their order. When these charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, the fact that such expenses may be required is made known to the Customer before submitting their order, and if they could not be calculated and communicated to the Customer by telephone before the confirmation of receipt of the order, then these charges do not burden the Customer without their prior explicit consent. If a product is offered at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, the Customer can contact the Company by phone or email at info@e-oro.gr before placing their order.
Order
Order submission - Proposal for purchase The order of products by the Customer is submitted by completing and sending the special order form available on the online store. Before submitting the order, through a special link, the Customer becomes aware of the terms concerning the sale of the products they wish to acquire and then selects the activation of the relevant icon "I have read and accept the terms and conditions of purchase", explicitly and unreservedly declaring that before submitting their order, they received clear and understandable information about:
- The full details of the Company (name, headquarters, contact details, address, telephone, email address) and the supplier of the ordered products where applicable.
- The main characteristics of the products in the order as described in the online store.
- The total price of the products in the order, including VAT, all taxes, all additional charges (shipping, delivery, or postal charges), and any other expense, for the fact that such additional charges may be required, as well as that the final price stated for each product in the online store does not include shipping costs, which are calculated later in the order text, based on the method of shipment chosen by the Customer.
- The means of payment, delivery, execution, as well as the deadline within which the Company undertakes to deliver the products and any delivery restrictions and means of payment.
- The obligation of payment by the Customer upon submission of the order.
- The liability of the Company according to Articles 534 ff. of the Civil Code for actual defects and lack of agreed qualities, the duration of the contract, and the terms for termination where applicable, and the minimum duration of the Customer's obligations under the contract where applicable.
- The right of withdrawal exercised by the Customer (conditions, deadline, procedure, exceptions) where applicable, and in the case of withdrawal, the burden on the Customer with the direct cost of returning the products to the Company, as well as the obligation of the Customer, if used, to pay a reasonable cost to the Company, while when the right of withdrawal is not provided for by law, the information that the Customer has no right of withdrawal or the circumstances under which the Customer loses the right of withdrawal.
Delivery Time
The delivery time of products is determined upon ordering, depending on product availability and their shipping destination, which is confirmed upon acceptance of the order by the Company. In any case, the Company must deliver the products no later than thirty (30) days from the time of sale preparation, unless there is a written agreement to extend the time (electronic correspondence). If the order is not delivered within this time frame, the Customer is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order with a written notice via email to info@e-oro.gr. Upon cancellation of the order and thereby termination of the sales contract, the Company must promptly refund all money paid by the Customer in full. For bulk or custom orders tailored to the Customer's requirements, the thirty (30) day delivery time does not apply, and the delivery time is agreed upon with the Customer in writing (electronic correspondence).
Payment Methods
- Credit Card Payment: The online store accepts all Visa, Mastercard, and Diners credit cards. Your transactions are protected by high security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification by Verisign, Inc.) used by the bank …………….. to process your transactions through www.e-oro.gr. During the product purchase process, the system automatically directs you to a secure encrypted environment (redirect) of the bank with which we cooperate, where you are required to enter your credit or debit card number, and once your transaction is completed, you return to our online store. For purchases with your credit or debit card, you will be asked to complete the order form, including your credit or debit card number and expiration date.
- Cash on Delivery: Pay the courier upon delivery of your order to your location. The cash on delivery payment method applies throughout Greece and is subject to a charge of 1.50 euros. For cash on delivery via ELTA (Greek postal service), charges apply according to the current ELTA price list.
- Paypal Payment: Use your PayPal account to pay for your order. PayPal is widely used and one of the most user-friendly payment methods.
- Bank Deposit: Prepay your order to one of the banks we cooperate with and inform us by phone or send us a copy of the bank payment order by email to info@e-oro.gr. Upon receipt of the bank payment order copy, we will dispatch your order. As a reason for the deposit, the Customer writes the order number (which has already been sent to him with the Order Confirmation). The order is pending and will be executed when the Company confirms that the amount has been deposited.
- Payment in Cash or Credit/Debit Card: Upon pickup from a physical store of the Company.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Law 2251/1994 as amended and in force, the Customer has the right to return the products purchased from the online store, provided they are products not exempted from the right of withdrawal, without having to state the reason for their return, within fourteen (14) calendar days from their receipt. The Customer can return these products directly to the Company's headquarters or send them at their own expense to the Company's headquarters. In any case, before returning the products, the Customer can contact the Company either by phone or by sending an email. The Customer must return the products intended for return with their official purchase receipt in the same condition as received, without the products being unsealed or their packaging breached or used. Also, a condition for return is that the conditions for their preservation have been observed. The return is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged to the Company for the delivery of the products to the Customer, as well as the return shipping costs. The withdrawal declaration is made in writing by completing the relevant form available HERE and sending it either to the Company's postal address at 20 Athinas Street, Nea Ionia, Attica, 14132, or by email to info@e-oro.gr. The Company is obliged to confirm in writing the receipt of the withdrawal declaration as soon as it receives it. In case of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day they communicated their withdrawal. Upon the declaration of withdrawal, the Company is obliged to refund the price received from the Customer. The refund of the price due to withdrawal by the Customer will be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the time the Company became aware of the withdrawal. Delivery charges are not refunded, except if the Customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Company. The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the returned products if they used them in a way other than necessary.
Liability for Defects - Returns
Regardless of the Customer's right of withdrawal, the Company is liable under the provisions of the Civil Code when the product purchased by the Customer does not conform to the contract, especially when it has a defect.
Terms of Use

5. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Greek law, European law directives, and relevant international provisions. Contracts made through the online store are governed by European and Greek law, especially legislation regulating e-commerce, distance sales, and consumer protection. The website is created and controlled by Greek law, which guides its use and interpretation. The protection of distance contracts law applies only to natural persons not engaged in their professional activity. The non-exercise by the Company of these terms and its rights does not imply a waiver of those rights. All communications must be made in writing. These terms constitute information under term 3b of Law 2251/1994.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from our transaction and if we fail to reach an agreement upon your request, we commit to following alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures. You can contact the following Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies: The Independent Authority "Consumer Ombudsman" with jurisdiction in all commercial sectors, The Ombudsman for Banking-Investment Services with jurisdiction in the financial services sector, ADR POINT IKE - Alternative Dispute Resolution Center with jurisdiction in all commercial sectors except those explicitly mentioned in Article 2(2) of Joint Ministerial Decision (JMD). The European Institute for Conflict Resolution (E.I.C.R.) has jurisdiction in all commercial sectors except those explicitly mentioned in Article 2(2) of JMD. If no solution is reached, the courts of Athens are competent to resolve any dispute.
