All of our watches carry a two year manufacturer guarantee which covers all working parts and the battery. Scratches to the face or the watch strap through normal usage are not included in the manufacturer's warranty unless your watch was damaged or faulty on arrival.

We also offer a conditional 14 day refund or exchange policy if you change your mind on any of your watch purchases from this website.

To qualify for this, the watch must be in absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras (CD-ROMs etc.).

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange.
