1. International Shipping

Delivery times to Europe are 2-3 working days and to the rest of the world 4-6 working days.

DHL courier service is our partner and responsible for shipping your order.
The cost for the shipment is €15 for orders to Europe and €25 for the rest of the world.
All of our international shipments are insured against loss.

For international orders outside the European Union it is the customer's obligation to check local tax laws for any potential import duties. 

2. Refunds Policy and Warranty

All of our watches carry a two year manufacturer guarantee which covers all working parts and the battery.
Scratches to the face or the watch strap through normal usage are not included in the manufacturer's warranty unless your watch was damaged or faulty on arrival.

We also offer a conditional 14 day refund or exchange policy if you change your mind on any of your watch purchases from this website.

To qualify for this, the watch must be in absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras (CD-ROMs etc.).

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange.

3. Delivery Notifications

You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been dispatched - this email contains the tracking number so you can track it online right to your door. You can also choose to have a delivery confirmation sent to your mobile phone via text message.
